Increase Our Immunity with Some of Foods

Few days ago , my friend who like general education told me about some of foods could increase our immunity . There are :
1.      Oyster
Oyster contain of “mineral seng (zinc)”. It has antivirus affect to our body .





2.      Watermelon
Watermelon has a liquid can make us more fresh and ripe watermelon is contain of glutathione to help our immunity more strong and can exceed the infection.


3.      Cabbage
Cabbage also contain of glutathione and we will have more benefit if we consume the cabbage , because the price is not high and we get more nutrition from it .




      4.      Garlic
In this part, I will tell you how to make garlic have nutrition :
Peel the garlic , Cut it , and leave it until 15 or 20 minutes before you cook to activating the enzyme for increase our immunity.


5.  Spinach
All of the people know that spinach has a lot of nutrition. How to make spinach has a lot of nutrition? Don’t cook the spinach for along time and it will be better if you can eat raw spinach.



6.      Tea
Black Tea or Green Tea have substances can against the disease.
Those are the food could increase our immunity. I hope it will be useful for you :) .
